More indoor blooms

As the daylight hours get longer, more color is populating my indoor space. What delightful colors of pink and purple from this purple heart plant and sunny yellow from another kalanchoe!

What's blooming indoors?

These are just some flowers that are adding that much needed dash of color over the otherwise monochrome winter. The kalanchoe just started blooming about 2 weeks ago. It sits next to a south-facing window and gets lots of sunshine. What shocking pink they are! And the Begonia maculata plant which I bought as a tiny plant from the Baltimore Conservatory is now towering at over 7 feet. The living room is beginning to look like a messy greenhouse. It gets indirect light from a north facing window and now bears several light salmon pink blooms over different branches. Hope more will show up in the next few weeks!
