Succulent arrangement

Here's a new succulent arrangement I put together recently. The focus here is on the lovely Echeveria Tippy in the front. It has the tiniest red-tinged tips as if a manicurist had carefully painted on some nail polish. An assortment of Echeveria, Sedum burrito, and Haworthia serve as the supporting cast in this arrangement in a light brown glazed bonsai pot. The sandy topping and smooth pebbles complete the picture.

Succulent arrangement

This is another of my experimentations with succulent arrangements. The curved spiky habits of Haworthia and Aloe as the background contrasts with square shallow pot. A small sprig of blue spruce sedum softens the stiffness of the larger plants. Meanwhile, the white dots on the Haworthia also reflect off the white-colored pot. The shorter Crassula cv. Gollum (or finger jade), Echeveria and small pups from the Haworthia plant sit in the mid- and foreground to give a layered look. Finally, the sandy dressing and small orange-colored pebbles add final touches and color contrast to the largely green and white palette. Over time, as the plants get overcrowded, there may be a need to remove some of them. But for now, I hope this looks pleasing to the eye.
