Arachnoid guest sitting pretty

This eight-legged creature has been spinning a palm-sized web among some bamboo shoots in the yard. It has been getting plenty of treats in the form of various insects that were unfortunate enough to be ensnared by the sticky web. Hence the hefty size! I'm no expert in identifying spiders. This spider has a yellow middle segment that is tattooed with an intricate brown pattern. So if you have an idea of the name of this arachnoid guest of mine, do send it to me. Thanks!
